Gamba has been part of the Glasgow restaurant scene for over 18 years, famous for its classic approach to cooking fresh fish and seafood.
As popular with its regulars as it is with newcomers and visitors to the city, the venue has stood the test of time. To celebrate this fact and this love of seafood, we wanted to produce a cookbook that truly showcases the food and the venue.
